A custom tattoo is when you bring an idea to a tattoo artist to get tattooed. When considering a custom tattoo, it is highly recommended you look through the artists existing portfolio and make sure their tattoo style and artistic vision is similar to what you’re asking for. Choose an artist who already aligns with the type of work you’re seeking to make sure you get the best outcome possible! If you think I’m a good fit for your vision, I’d love to chat with you!
Here are some things I commonly get asked to draw for custom tattoos and enjoy doing!
rooms/lounges/cozy corners
all sorts of objects (sentimental or not)
food
people
retro/vintage vibe
tarot/magic/astrology
art deco/art nouveau
clothing/fashion
surreal imagery
windows/portals
flowers, especially potted in funky vases
hands (holding things or positioned in specific ways)
found vintage/old art that you’d like turned into a tattoo
adding clouds, chains or barbed wire to anything and everything
This is not a fully comprehensive list of things I like to draw. If you think my style fits what you want, even if its not on this list, lets talk about it!
Drawing fees: I charge a drawing fee for customs to cover the cost of drawing time. Fees range from $30-$100 depending on the size and detail of the piece. This will be stated and paid at the time you pay your deposit.
Please note I only say yes to all requests I feel I can confidently execute. This doesnt mean your idea is bad, it just means I might not be the best fit at the time. Don’t be discouraged to contact me for other custom proposals or flash even if your initial request isn’t a fit for me (: I look forward to working with you!
